Hello blog world!
Took the step of getting my confidence back and growing it further by rejoining Weight Watchers today. I was doing teh programme last year before I fell pregnant. Suprising enough I actually didn't put on too much weight while pregnant. About 14 kilos. A week after Olivia was born I had lost 10 kilos (got to love fluid!). Anyhow, as I hadn't reached goal before falling pregnant, I want to now.
My efforts doubled now. I have a negative body image. There isn't a lot I like about me. I now have a beautiful girl. I don't want her growing up with a negative body image and all the other neuroses and hangups that I have. Step one - I need to change now. I know I will be more confident when I lose some weight and become fit and healthy therefore being the best role model for Olivia that I can be.
My starting weight is 85.7kg. Among my first challenges; to get my portions back under control! To start moving more and to reach 81.4kg which is 5% off.
